Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Standard shipping takes a day. Unexpected delays do happen - but never exceed 3 days upon order confirmation.
Returns: We accept returns on unworn wigs within 3 days after delivery under the following conditions:
- Delivered wig or accessory is different from ordered item.
- Wig or accessory was destroyed during delivery.
NOTE: Returns are not accepted:
- For worn wigs or already used accessories.
- When the customer ignorantly orders a wig or accessory different from what he / she really wanted.
